The downloads are contained inside .zip files. In order to 'unzip' the files inside them, you must either have Windows XP+, or a programe like 7-zip, which may be dowbloaded from 7-zip.org
Please Note: The Web Builder program is best used for those with no HTML experience and if you are starting a web page from scratch.
There are also other free web creation software out there, you don't have to use Web Builder. Try a Google search to see if there is any other software better suited to yourself.
